At Cap City Decks, we believe great businesses have a responsibility to give back. That's why we created Cap City Cares, our community outreach initiative dedicated to helping local families, veterans, seniors, and individuals with mobility challenges throughout Central Texas. Our goal is simple: use our skills to make a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors.

**Free Wheelchair Ramp Program**

Every year, Cap City Decks selects local seniors and individuals facing financial hardship to receive a wheelchair ramp at no cost. For many families, a simple ramp can mean greater independence, improved safety, and the ability to remain comfortably in their own home.

**Program Qualifications**

Applicants may qualify if they:

- Are 65 years of age or older

- Have a mobility-related need

- Own their home or have landlord approval

- Demonstrate financial hardship

- Live within our service area

Applications are reviewed based on need and available program funding.

**Supporting Veterans**

We proudly support the men and women who have served our country. Veterans facing accessibility challenges are encouraged to apply for our assistance program, which includes priority consideration for our wheelchair ramp program.

**Community Nomination Program**

Know someone who could benefit from a wheelchair ramp but would never ask for help? We welcome nominations from family members, friends, neighbors, healthcare providers, churches, and community organizations. Your support through the community nomination program can help us identify those in need.

**Giving Back Through Every Project**
